Guide for Tenants across West Wales

Reserving the property
Once you have decided on a property we will commence our referencing procedure.

As a minimum we will require satisfactory references including a financial reference, confirmation of your employment, and a previous or current landlord. We may also require a personal reference, and sometimes a guarantor.

Rents are quoted calendar monthly and payable monthly in advance. The tenant is also responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs. All rents are payable by bank standing order.

A Bond of one month’s rental will be required. This bond will be treated in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme regulations. The bond is held to cover damage, breakages, and any other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement. Please note that under no circumstances can this bond be used by the tenant to cover rent unless agreed by the landlord.

Pets maybe considered in some of our properties, however at the end of your tenancy it is company policy that the property is professionally fumigated against fleas and the floor covering throughout are professionally cleaned and neutralised.
